Non-silicone-based lubricants are used in manufacturing where the use of silicone components is prohibited or undesirable. They leave no residue, do not affect subsequent painting, bonding, or varnishing, and provide stable lubrication under intensive load, high temperature, or corrosive conditions.
High-Temperature Lubricants
Lubricants for Demanding Operating Conditions
- Copper Anti-Seize Paste — a high-temperature oil in paste form. Used in threaded connections, molds, and mechanisms with cyclic heating. Resistant to oxidation, moisture, and aggressive environments.
- Dry Moly — a dry molybdenum-based lubricant for units with high loads and limited relubrication possibilities. Does not attract dust, operates at temperatures up to +400 °C.
- Protective Technical Lubricant (PX24) — a heat-resistant compound for lubrication and preservation, often used in the defense industry.
Lubrication of Ejectors and Molding Elements
- Ejector Pin Lubricant — a special non-silicone compound for lubricating pins in injection molding systems. Leaves no residue, dries quickly, does not affect product geometry or molding cycle.
Anti-Corrosion and Anti-Friction Agents
- Rust Flash — a lubricant with a freezing effect, used for dismantling rusted fasteners. Provides anti-corrosion action and lowers metal temperature for instant release.
- 40+ Maintenance Lubricant — a multifunctional agent for protection, unlocking, cleaning, and preventive maintenance. Displaces moisture and prevents corrosion.
- Penetrating Oil FG — facilitates loosening of threaded connections. Provides additional corrosion protection and leaves no hard-to-remove layer.
- Anti-Friction Agent — used as an auxiliary compound in friction units where wear minimization is required. Available as a paste or liquid, replacing traditional anti-oil coatings.
Food and Pharmaceutical Industry
- 3H Oil FG, Multi Oil FG — lubricants for equipment in contact with food products. Used in bottling, packaging, and filling lines. Approved for indirect food contact, does not alter taste, smell, or appearance.
- Hi-Load Lube FG, Ambergrease FG1/FG3 — bearing greases for the food industry. Provide long-term lubrication under high loads, protect against moisture, pressure, and steam cleaning.
- Belt Dressing FG — improves grip and elasticity of drive belts, does not cause rubber swelling, and contains no silicone.
- Gear Oil Super FG, Hydraulic Oil Super FG — transmission and hydraulic oils used in drives, pumps, and gearboxes. Compatible with food-grade operating conditions.
Specialized Lubricants
- Tufcut — metal cutting lubricant designed for lubricating cutting tools. Reduces wear, improves processing quality, and heat dissipation. Contains no silicone components.
- White Spray Grease — a multifunctional aerosol lubricant for general maintenance. Offers stable viscosity, anti-friction properties, and long-lasting effect.
