Ejector Pin Lubricant is a special lubricant designed to lubricate ejector pins in molds. It ensures smooth movement, reduces friction and protects against wear under high temperatures and pressures.
Applications:
- Clean the ejectors and surrounding surfaces from old grease, dust, plastic residue or other contaminants.
- Use a cleaner, such as Ambersil Mould Cleaner, to effectively remove residues.
- Shake the lubricant can well before use to ensure even mixing of the components.
- Spray Ejector Pin Lubricant evenly onto the ejectors, moving parts and contact surfaces.
- Leave the lubricant for a few seconds to form a protective layer.
- Make sure that the ejector pins move smoothly and without obstruction.
- Repeat lubrication regularly, depending on the intensity of the mold or if necessary.
