SUP DAY FORUM LVIV 2025: panel discussion on business scaling

09 may 2025

On April 25, 2025, Olga Melykh, Director of KVOTA, spoke at a panel discussion within the framework of SUP DAY FORUM LVIV 2025 — a key event for Ukrainian entrepreneurship.

The topic of the discussion — “The Fine Line of Scaling: When to Grow and When to Stop” — brought together experts who shared their experience of managing business growth in wartime conditions and prospects for future recovery.

Stepan Tanasiychuk, founder and CEO of the IT company stfalcon.com, and Viktor Melnyk, co-owner of the distribution company Partner, joined the discussion along with Olga Melykh.

The participants of the discussion emphasized that scaling is not only a trend, but a strategic tool for reducing risks, changing thinking and sustainable development. However, business expansion is accompanied by new challenges from rising costs to the need to transform team processes and structures.

Particular attention was paid to the human factor as a determining factor in successful scaling. Creating the right environment for team development is the key to long-term growth.

“Success is not constant — it is always cyclical. To stay in the game, you need to be flexible, adaptive, attentive to the client and a strong team,” Olga Melikh concluded.

The KVOTA company thanks the organizers of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (SUP) for the high level of the event, and all the participants — for sincere discussions, practical experience and inspiration.
