The price of the injection mould that will be produced at our company includes:

• Technical documentation;
• Analysis of the flow of a part in a mold with the help of a special software;
• Simulation of the hot runner system (HRS) casting process from HRS manufacturer WadimPlast;
• Use of high quality material from European manufacturers. Such as: Proplastica, CUMSA, Merkle, HASCO, Project Italia;
• Tooling;
• Mould testing.

It takes 3-5 days to estimate the cost of the mould after receiving a clear technical inquiry from the client.

For each client we use an individual approach. The engineer clarifies and works on each and every requirement for the mould with the customer, which allows to much easily convert an idea into real project.

We design and manufacture moulds of the following types:

• for plastic injection molding;
• for blow molding;
• compression molds for the production of rubber products;
• for thermoforming.
