- Form: aerosol 400 ml / liquid 25 L
- Composition: silicone-based
- Application: all thermoplastic materials and many types of rubber; injection molding, compression molding, vacuum forming
- Temperature range: up to +200°C
Purpose and Functional Properties of Formula 6
Formula 6 is a universal medium-strength silicone release agent for molding thermoplastics and rubber products. It forms a stable separating film, does not accumulate in the mold, improves surface quality, and enables the production of complex and high-precision parts.
Formula 6 is supplied as a 400 ml aerosol and a 25 L liquid. Equipped with a 360° spray system, it can be used at any angle, including vertically downward. Complies with European regulations (REACH, CLP). Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) are available upon request or on the manufacturer's website.
Areas of Application and Typical Tasks
- Molding types: injection, compression, vacuum
- Materials: ABS, TPU, rubber, polyurethane foam, other thermoplastics
- Mold types: complex, textured, high-precision
- Other industries: textile, printing, footwear industry

Criteria for Choosing a Release Agent
- Choose this product if:
- You work with thermoplastics and rubber at temperatures up to 200°C
- You need precise detailing and clean release
- It is important to avoid cleaning the molds after the cycle
- Do not choose if:
- Painting, varnishing, or bonding of parts is planned → Alternative: Formula 4 or Formula 7
