Formula 14 is a non-silicone based release agent, specially developed for the mould release of thermoplastics which require post mould process treatment (painting, printing, thermowelding, etc). The active product is based on an edible food oil and may be used for the mould release of toys etc.
Formula 14 has excellent lubricating properties with a temperature resistance of up to 200°C. It produces a high durability film, giving low migration during use and increasing the mould tool working life.
Formula 14 is especially recommended for the de-moulding of plastics (LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC, PS, POM, PA) which have to be treated after de-moulding.
Apply under working conditions on a clean and degreased mould.
