- Form: 25 L / 200 L liquid
- Composition: silicone-free base (waxes and hydrocarbon solvents)
- Application: casting of rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane, refrigeration and insulation foams
- Temperature range: up to +100°C
Purpose and Functional Properties
PUR 300 is supplied in 25 L and 200 L containers. Applied by spraying or brush. Complies with industrial safety requirements, safety data sheet provided.
The main purpose of PUR 300 is to facilitate the release of polyurethanes from molds. Thanks to a combination of waxes, the product ensures clean demolding with minimal residue.
Key advantage: does not accumulate, forms a thin film, effective on aluminum, steel, and silicone molds. Ideal for the production of polyurethane foam beehives.
Areas of Application and Typical Tasks
- Casting types: PU foam molding, rigid and semi-rigid casting
- Materials: high-density polyurethane foam, insulation foams
- Mold types: aluminum, steel, silicone rubber
- Industries: refrigeration manufacturing, insulation structures, foam beehive production
Advantages in Production Processes
Technological Properties
- Operating temperature: up to +100°C
- Behavior in mold: does not accumulate, minimal settling
- Film thickness/appearance: thin, finely dispersed, whitish emulsion
- Application method: brush, spraying (shaking or mixing recommended)
Practical Advantages
- Ensures quick and clean release of products from the mold
- Minimizes the need for mold cleaning
- Compatible with a wide range of molding equipment
Limitations and Recommendations

Criteria for Choosing a Release Agent
Choose this product if:
- You work with polyurethanes
- You need a clean mold without buildup
- You produce foam structures (e.g., beehives)
Do not choose if:
- Compatibility with subsequent painting or bonding is required
- Operating temperature exceeds +100°C
- → Alternative: non-silicone release agents for high-temperature casting
